Just back from a wonderful overnight stay and I loved how easily we could walk to nearby landmarks like Hexham Old Gaol and St Oswald's Church, which really made exploring the area so much fun. breakfast was a fabulous experience, offering loads of choices and a cozy atmosphere that made it a lovely start to our day.

The King room was spacious and had a lovely view of the garden, making it a peaceful retreat. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, including fresh fruit and a full cooked breakfast that really started our day off right.
Dining options nearby had limited hours, and we needed to pre-book, which made meal planning a bit inconvenient. the lack of credit card payments required cash, which was a bit cumbersome.

we had such a great time at the gin gan! the room was super spacious and comfy with a nice view of the garden. breakfast was out of this world, tons of choices like fresh fruit and cooked options. the host, ann, was really friendly and gave us lots of cool tips about the area. it felt very chill and relaxing, just perfect for a getaway.
just wish there was more outdoor space for enjoying the sun, and it's kinda annoying that they only take cash.
